On March 27, 2026, South Korea’s National Institute of Chemical Safety amended and promulgated the Notice on the Designation of Substances with Acute Human Health Hazards, Chronic Human Health Hazards, and Ecological Hazards (National Institute of Chemical Safety Notice No. 2026-5).
