On February 23, 2026, South Korea’s Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment promulgated revised Enforcement Rules of the Clean Air Conservation Act. The amendment is intended to strengthen the management of condensable substances and improve the related regulatory framework, following the 2025 amendment to the Clean Air Conservation Act, which will take effect on March 26, 2026.
