South Korea Published New Chemical Hazard Assessment Results: 12 Substances Designated as Toxic

On June 8, 2023, the National Institute of Environmental Research (NIER) functioning under the Ministry of Environment (MOE) of South Korea announced the results of a hazard review conducted on 37 newly registered chemical substances. The announced results revealed the names, hazardous properties, classification and labeling standards (GHS), and whether it is a toxic substance for the 37 chemicals.
