Description
Over the past year, China’s RoHS regulatory landscape has seen significant developments.
Most notably, in June 2024, China officially released Amendment No.1 to GB/T 26572-2011, which introduced four new phthalates to the list of restricted substances and updated relevant testing methods. These changes represent a major step toward the next phase of China RoHS—commonly referred to as RoHS 3.0.
In addition, the early release and implementation of SJ/T 11364-2024, along with the accelerated progress of the mandatory national standard GB 26572, have taken many industry stakeholders by surprise. These rapid regulatory shifts raise critical questions for manufacturers, exporters, and compliance professionals.
This webinar will provide a comprehensive overview of these regulatory changes and offer practical guidance on how companies can effectively respond to the evolving requirements.
